Better than average wages and benefits, but room for improvement considering the responsibility that goes with the job.
Cons
many bad safety issues, demanding higher production without providing the necessary tools to achieve that production and actually making it harder. Mandatory overtime. employees are expected to figure out how to make a quality product with broken or non functioning equipment. Work area is filthy, crowded, unorganized and generally unsafe. the training is poor and a general lack of consistency in every aspect on the floor. Concern for the employees is nonexistent. Its all about pushing more product out the door no matter what the cost.(As long as it doesn't cost the company) Upper management bonuses come first, safety is last.l
