Pros

You will learn how to deal with disrespectful people. You will learn how to survive with bare minimum training. You will learn how to deal with emotional discomfort as you most likely will encounter one every other day.

Cons

- Disrespectful management (They literally yell at us, as if we were elementary school kids) - Little to no training (I was thrown into a site installation, 3 days after I was hired, and was expected to prepare and complete everything that a senior staff can) - Does not care about employees (I was given a warning letter, for being 10 minutes, literally 10 minutes, late in a snow storm. I once asked for a lightbulb change in a company car (signal light was dead) which I had to take to site, and was yelled at by management for asking such ridiculous request. - Horrible atmosphere in office (Employees are scared. When management walks by, they will peak at our computer screen to see if we're actually working. Overall, the atmosphere and mood in the office is sad)

Pros

Good Experience, Skill building, learn the ropes of how parking services operates and what skills are needed to grow a career in the segment.

Cons

Not much room to grow, wish the management was more attentive to the concerns of the lower employees.

Pros

Some people in the office are stuck there due to being on visas or monetary reasons, so you find people who can relate to your stress and dissatisfaction level.

Cons

The management is bad, it's a family owned business that resembles a cult more. The manager micromanages the employees, but still has no idea who does what. The jobs advertised do not match or reflect the work you do off site as a repair technician. The educated employees are people that have pretty much given up on their careers and have settled to be at precise. You're expected to give your life and soul for the job, but you could just pretend to do that and it would have the same effect. So your work won't really show for you.
