Pros

Working with a diverse population.

Cons

The HR Director is a classic narcissist. Search the term and you'll understand who youre working for. Make sure to reach out to previous employees to get their take before joining this hostile environment.

Pros

Praxis leadership has done a good job of investing in our employees and sticking with them through growing pains and new opportunities/roles. Praxis has come a long way in improving the production floor - culture, training, safety, and efficiencies.

Cons

Culture—The team is very close and freely discusses challenges, which is good. Praxis needs to be careful to ensure we always speak positively and with respect about/to customers, vendors, and other teams/shifts. Praxis can improve our systems to help standardize the cross-functional process and document lessons learned as the company continues to grow in new technology and capabilities. This would also hopefully assist in defining roles and responsibilities so individuals don't get bogged down wearing too many hats and help with time management and KPI tracking. Communication—Praxis has opportunities to improve communication. I have heard about several individuals getting too many emails in one day to even try to read them all, and this excuse has led to critical information being missed. The team also needs to work on improving meeting culture. Often, agendas are not provided or read beforehand, and invites are RSVP'd to seemingly automatically, leading to meetings missing key stakeholders and unproductive meetings.
