      Great talks but all are fake

      Cons

      The manager is clueless about how to evaluate people! They'll ask people to take ownership, work out of their comfort zone and work extra and say big things about career growth, it's totally fake! They don't evaluate properly and don't have a proper system for appraisal, you will feel bad for wasting your whole year working hard but it's totally not worth it. If we try to give suggestion to the manager, he'll be like as if he's giving you a favor!

      - Amazing team - Ownership driven culture where experimentation, failing, learning is encouraged - Great learning opportunities and mentorship - Awesome vision - Interesting problems to solve - Gilly

      Cons

      Not exactly cons, but from my experience, Pratilipi might not be the best fit for someone who is: - looking for stability/settling - expected to be told what to do - satisfied and not looking to learn and grow
