Pros
The overall work environment is positive and supportive. Good work–life balance compared to many companies in the industry. Employees are given a good level of autonomy and ownership over their work, which encourages creativity and accountability.
Cons
There is no structured appraisal cycle or clear timeline for salary revisions. Even after completing one year with the company, appraisals may not take place. Although it is communicated that appraisals can happen anytime during the year based on performance, this is not consistently followed in practice.
