It is such a good company and have a good work environment.

Sometimes you have to work on weekends

Good for someone who wants to develop projects without caring about quality.

One of the worst management to work with. 1. They just take projects and very low price and then ask their developers to work day and night to get it completed. Management imposes impossible timelines and then deduct salaries in the name of BSCs. 2. Deduct salaries if you get late by even a minute. 3. Deduct salaries even if you don't meet their impossible timelines. 4. Timelines are decided without even asking the developers. 5. Salary cuts are more then 20% (on your base salary). 6. Asks you to sit for 9 - 10 pm in the night and expect you to work for up-to 2 - 3 o'clock after reaching home. 7. Forces you to come to office at 10 in the morning anyhow else your half day salary is gone. 8. Starts behaving as if you are enemies to them (if you decide to leave them). 9. Will never pay your dues once your say that you are leaving. 10. No concept of leaves, work culture, hierarchy etc. 11. Will ask you to work on any technology they are able to bring projects and if you are not then your salaries will be deducted for that as well. 12. If your salary is something around 30 - 35k per month they will deduct 8-9k surely. 13. Last but not the least, they have a 45 day policy ie. if you decide to leave you have you serve 45 days notice period and all your dues will be cleared after that only. In those 45 days they will make your life even worse then hell. Also they will put so many clause on you that ultimately you will have to give money from your pocket to clear the dues and get the experience letter and all. I will more then happy if anyone reads it changes their mind to join Prathamvision.
