Pros

1. No hierarchy, you can reach to anyone even the CEO itself directly.

Cons

1. They let you work in a tool which is no use in the market. 2. It is a family oriented company, the oppertunities are shared ONLY with the CEO family members. 3. No shift allowance working at night neither cab facilities. 4. No responsible project manager became managers only appreciate only CEO families and relatives to be in good books. 5. Cheating clients & Fraud - Pragma shares same database for 2-3 clients which makes less security for the clients and more unbillable profit for the company. 6. Government company experience not with job security but low maintenance for essentials, even the login and log out timings are written in a register while entering or exit. 7. Office working hour is 8 hours and 1 hour break but everyweek they'll send email shorting the break hours and make you work minimum for 9-10 hours. 8. Apprisal is decided on the bases of drinking with higher management people after office and not on your works done in the office. 9. leave policy or any other rules changes according to the mood of the higher management and the HR. 10. I had 2 years bond and now they're asking to sign for another 18 more months. 11. NO JOB SECURITY 12. Too much of internal politics 13. Most of the good reviews mentioned in the Glassdoor are fake, employees were forced to write them by the management infornt of them.

Pros

There are no Pros only Cons

Cons

Anyone thinking of joining their Training and Placement program don't do it, they train you for a month, make a fake resume and make you work as a contractor with them, and you have to sign a contract with them where you have to work for 18 Months with them, they also say in the contract that if you quit or get fired you must pay them $10,000. Don't do it and stay away from this company, regarding this training and placement program. It is a complete waste of time, even though they will give you a stipend but that's only if you come to work everyday from 9-5 in order to get it. The training is online too, so you must do it at the office and can not do it from home. Don't train interns for 1 month, make them sign a contract, and have them do c2c for a mid level job they are not prepared for after passing an interview in a field of study they have no prior experience in even if it's related to IT but in a different branch of IT, and also don't make and use fake resumes for these IT Interns to market people around just to get a job and just to get experience for them.
