Overworked, Under Compensated - Stock Manager Prada Employee Review

Too much to list. Too much shipment/product, not enough movement. Unsafe back of house due to insane amount of boxes everywhere. Toxic work environment. Lack of boundaries when it comes to work/life balance. Managers are expected to work from open to close. Company does not allow overtime for hourly employees, so managers are used like slave labor. No training programs in place. For the type of work this company expects, it should be paying much more.
