- I've made great friends with most of my peers whom like me value teamwork, respect and trust. - Culture and company values are the reason to stay. HQ is very supportive, unfortunately everything needs to go through store management or else the store management will make your life miserable! - Great company to work for, if you are new in retail and want to work for luxury.
Cons
- Management acts unprofessionally by talking trash about sales associates behind their backs - worst i've ever seen! - Management avoids conflicts and plays blame game on the staff they don't like. - Micro management - to the very extreme! - If you are not a amongst the favourites in the store, forget all about development, you are probably stuck as a sales associate - until you either leave or get replaced!
