      remote work, decent CRM, and awesome third-party contractors.

      Cons

      Nepotism, low morral, uneducated HR, the sales reps WILL harass you all hours of the day and night with no repercussions—as well as threats from the board directly to middle management.

      Cons

      Always felt like a start up and never built off its foundations. Director Management and Exec teams did not learn from their lower level employees to discuss what works and doesn't work.
