Pros

They pay a flat fee plus a certain amount per each tiered number of students attending. They have built a reputation for being a good studio in the NJ area. Many shifts available but the mornings are usually not good, making the evening classes hard to get but coveted. They have a good amount of studios and just opened a new one, so they are structured. They offer a karma yogi program which is volunteering four hours of your time unpaid in exchange for an unlimited membership that works at all the studios. Some studios offer a yoga mat storage for power plus members or an additional fee. Clean studios and restrooms/showers with complimentary shampoo/body wash. Free hand/sweat towels for daily use they wash every day. The eucalyptus tower at the end of the practice is a nice touch.

Cons

There is a real cattiness here and a few of the teachers come across as they are the best. It is kind of a culture you need to be prepared for. There is not a lot of diversity offered here as far as teaching style, they teach a power vinyasa and yin, that is all! Their membership fees are outrageous! The training program is very costly, probably the highest in the area. They have a round robin audition with a range of 5-15 other prospectful teachers. You have either 9-10 minutes in order to teach a Sun A, 2 Sun B and one standing sequence. If you do not teach a traditional Sun A or Sun B exactly as they like you will not be hired. They do not hire many teachers outside of the circle. Do not expect to get an offer unless you have many years experience. It is preferred that you sound like they do, so make sure to take classes there. They have even rejected trainees from their own training program according to one person I spoke to who said they came from their training. Why pay them money if their training isn't going to make you good enough to even teach for them? Understandable if you suck, but very doubtful. They sell merchandise but at a very high price, think lululemon prices.
