Pros
Great benefits, if you're hired on full time, Christmas cash bonus for my work performance, and the mandatory overtime had my paychecks looking quite nice.
Cons
Hard to deal with being unexpectedly laid off. Thought I would be hired on full time, was sure of it that I was in atleast decent enough with the company, working most paychecks at a full 105 hours. Wasn't even expecting to lose my job one random Monday morning, along with dozens of other people. Seasonal, and they don't really let you know when to expect being sent home one day, with a referral letter in hand, containing Unemployment information, and a list of other jobs currently hiring. You think you're on good with the company and then you're blind sided when you're being sent home. I guess I shouldn't have been so sure of my self the entire 5 months I did my damnedist to work hard and be there on time and accommodate with the stressful snow storm days.
