Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your Powerback experience with us on Glassdoor! It's wonderful to hear that you are enjoying the flexible scheduling we offer at Powerback. I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing a lack of hours at your location- we're here to help support you so that you can thrive in your role. I'd like to share with you another way you can share your unique perspective with our leadership team. If you have any additional feedback that you'd like to share with us, we're here to help! Ian Oppel, our COO, and Dr. Cass, Powerback's Clinical Consultant, offer space for staff at every level of care to share their candid thoughts, ideas, and concerns every Monday and Thursday. These national office hours, while optional to attend, are a great way to share your feedback directly with our leadership team. Many of our best ideas and suggestions to improve Powerback come directly from feedback from team members just like you. If you'd like to participate, you'll find additional details on your Powerback Gmail calendar. Again, thank you for your review. We sincerely appreciate your continued commitment to improving the lives you touch as an SLP. With your efforts, we know that your patients have peace of mind on their journey to recovery. Pros

Honestly -- I love working for Powerback. I started my career in 2020 at Powerback, during the pandemic. Since, I have worked for 3 other rehab companies. Thus far, Powerback is my favorite company that I've worked for. They were in 2020, and they are as I've rejoined in 2025. I feel like I have clinical and personal support, good work life balance, paid fairly. Genuinely, the support that they offer is something that I can feel each day. Perks include having MedBridge, Bonusly to share congratulations to co-workers, discounts on car rentals, reasonable productivity expectations, good hierarchy within the company. I'm happy to be back with Powerback, as I feel the company gives me a steady floor underneath me to support my practice.

Cons

Nothing is ever perfect! It's a huge company in a difficult industry. But they care about their workers!
