No Psychological Safety: There is a significant absence of psychological safety, making it challenging for employees to feel secure in their roles. Unfulfilled Promises from the C-Suite: Consistent pattern of unfulfilled promises. Like last year they promised mental health day every month for employees which never saw light of the day.
