Pros
PowerObjects can be a good place for entry level consultants as there is training and decent pay for people with little experience.
Cons
The upper management is very good at promoting their company and making employees feel they can do no better. After working there for a number of years, I realized that leadership cares first about pleasing Microsoft and making a profit. Clients rate much lower, and employees are their last concern. Their lack of care for the employees shows in their poor benefits package that favors people who are completely dedicated to serving the company. Leadership has a tendency to be abusive toward employees, especially those who don't buy into the ethic that PowerObjects is the end all be all. Also, there are very few career opportunities for those who want to become more than what they were hired to do. Don't hope to build marketable skills that go beyond being a MSCRM consultant. Employees are treated like commodities.
