      Great product Working in the field Decent pay

      Cons

      Management is horrendous , will stab anyone in back to make themselves look good Upper management will ask you to do things out in the market that are shady Favoritism in marketing , no matter what rest of company does, marketing gets all the credit

      *Positive company culture/upbeat people *Competitive pay *Office located in nice part of Irvine *Transparent management *Opportunities for promotions/growth *Occasional free food (bagels, donuts, etc) *Good PTO and benefits

      Cons

      *Business attire (some people look at this as a pro, but I like jeans, personally). :)
