Working in the mountains and some good colleagues.

- Extremely low pay. - Resort managers who had never worked a ski season and had no language abilities. - Head office treated resort staff terribly and sacked a few of them for very little reason, leaving us short-staffed. - Inappropriate behavior between management and resort staff. - Expectations put on chalet staff were crazy. - Company owner and her right-hand man are horrid and treat all of their staff with disdain.

All resorts they cover are great so you don't get posted somewhere small and low with no snow

Long hours but that's not company specific
