Thank you so much for your time here at Potomac Case Management Services & for making a lasting impression on our families. Our goal is to provide our employees with a range of scheduling alternatives so they can enjoy a schedule that works for them while also supporting our families. We make it a regular practice to encourage our employees to communicate concerns and ask questions by offering them multiple ways to reach out – through meetings, employee surveys, "focus" groups with our Executive Director & Executive Associate Director, open door policies throughout all levels of management, human resources and conversations with their direct supervisor. We appreciate your call-out on our pay. PCMS conducts research periodically to ensure we’re staying in line with industry salary trends. Our research resulted in increased salaries for all case managers last year as well as a move to a salaried pay structure where people can also earn overtime and incentive pay.

Pros

Feels good working for a company that does work in the community that makes a measurable difference.

Cons

It's really hard. People only take this job if you really care about people and if you care about people, it's hard to see up close how they struggle. You can help and that's good but it's still hard.
