This job teaches you discipline, you have to work for what you want, college kids seem to think everything will be handed to them coming straight out of college but the work world doesn't work like that. Don't receive benefits until after a term of employment. Also if you are the type of person that doesn't finish what they start/ a quitter this isn't the job for you, if you stick with this company you will make good money.
