Pay is good. Passion is high. Purpose is strong. Pace is fast. People are friendly. I have grown by leaps and bounds the last 4 years as a staffer at potential . The investment to growth in every detail is intentional .

It’s a lean staff. I know the leadership is hiring now and looking to double as we grow. But we cld use the help. Pace is fast and that it is difficult during busy seasons. It’s one of the hardest working staffs I know though. Love my peoples

They demand all of you. You must be available for any and everything they ask. The culture isn’t healthy for anyone who isn’t single
