Pros

Nice people. Competent management.

Cons

Forced to take numerous ron l hubbard business courses (scientology indoctrination). Also, their web site now touts that employees are allowed to take continuing education courses while at work. This is so misleading. This is in reference to the forced scientology business courses.

Thanks for the review and for the positive feedback about the company's management team and overall team. In regards the courses, PostcardMania offers many classes that are not affiliated with the Hubbard administrative methods, such as Delivering Happiness, the book written by Tony Hsieh, the CEO of Zappos, as well as classes on SEO and website training, Excel training, etc. We communicate very openly both during the interview process, and also on all new hires' first day, that we do require some training classes that were developed by L. Ron Hubbard that are non-religious and pertain only to the administrative aspect of working within PostcardMania. This includes information on our company's structure, how to send memos, what’s appropriate/inappropriate for communicating with senior executives, etc. We’ve received great reviews about this management training from new employees from all types of different backgrounds holding different religious beliefs. The whole purpose of our offered training is to encourage employees to learn, grow, and succeed in their roles.

Pros

Empowering Culture & Autonomy: You are trusted to do your job. There is very little micromanagement, allowing you to take true ownership of your projects. Approachable Leadership: The executive team is genuinely accessible, which is a rare find in a company of this size. It creates a transparent and respectful environment. Vibrant, People-First Atmosphere: The office is truly a fun place to be. Between the free yoga, on-site cafe, and regular team-building activities (like trivia, craft projects, and dress-up days), the company actively invests in morale. Stable & Growth-Oriented: After six years, I can attest to the company’s stability and the consistent opportunities for professional development.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: Because we are a high-performing team, the pace can be intense. Deadlines move quickly, which requires you to be very adaptable and focused. High Standards: We set the bar high here. While it's incredibly rewarding, it can be demanding at times, which might be a steep learning curve for someone who isn't used to high-output environments. Constant Evolution: We are always optimizing our strategies to stay ahead, which means processes can change. It’s great for growth but requires a "go-with-the-flow" mindset.
