Company culture needs an overhaul - Senor Account Manager Post Consumer Brands Employee Review

Headquarter culture is not great. HR needs to be more involved with curbing retaliatory and targeting behaviors. Some senor leaders are rude and unprofessional. Employees seem to have no recourse when these behaviors occur.
