I can't live at the office.

Decent hybrid work policies after pandemic. When deals close for the premium product, the work is interesting. My favourite part was helping clients pivot to a consumer-first engagement strategy.

The company is pretty top-heavy each wanting to be the BMOC. The product suite is under pressure from a pipeline perspective and the direction from upper management seemed to change on a yearly bases.
