      As a talent management associate: ● Developed three (3) courses and trainings specifically on talent management ● Content editor for seven (7) educational videos for YouTube. ● Conducted thirteen (13) individual development plan consultations with interns and employees.

      Cons

      The con I found in this role is the uncompetitive salary. As the company is still in its early stages, I needed to find better opportunities both in career, life and financial growth.

      Pros

      A friendly workplace with meaningful goals and many opportunities to learn. Their internships can be a great place to start for students and fresh grads looking to experience hands-on work in positive psychology and organizational development.

      Cons

      No monetary compensation for interns back when I joined, but they provided many valuable resources for career and personal development for free that can cost a lot if availed elsewhere.
