      Positive Steps, which serves developmentally disabled adults, is a very supportive employer, willing to work with teams members on scheduling and assignments.

      Cons

      Pay is low, and chronic under-staffing sometimes leads to sudden schedule changes to cover holes. Overtime is often available but not always in one's normal shift

      Positive steps is a great way to be introduced to the medical field. Its perfect for anyone who needs to balance classes with work life. Very educational and fun

      Some learning is required to administer medication to our clients, be prepared for that
