Pros

Excellent excellent marketing and advertising. Lot and lots of leads, always busy. If you end up reaching the minimum closing standard (60%), your commission will be great. The front desk is run very efficiently and are an excellent support system to the sales team. Hypnotists are great too. In many ways this organization runs like a well oiled machine.

Cons

The culture is suffocating. Every single move you make is recorded. Cameras everywhere, in every office and the administrative area, looking at you at all times. They underpay their administrative staff and if the sales people do not meet a minimum conversion rate of 60%-no commission. It's a rare rare person who can sustain this kind of pressure even short term. Long term, it's impossible. This organization does not care about the welfare of the employees. If you are looking for a place to work where employees are valued, this is not the place for you.

Pros

We had 10 employees, and paid a competitive salary, as well as providing training for several people who started out as receptionists but were interested in becoming hypnotists.

Cons

Things were stressful at times.

Pros

loved working with clients one-on-one and classes. i was in my best shape and healthiest mentally and physically because of the environment of helping others with fitness and behavior changes. i loved watching clients change themselves for the better. it was incredibly inspiring. i really miss it! autonomous job - the company got clients and then you worked with them on your own. great staff and branch manager.

Cons

the part time hours were good, but i was overworking myself with 2 jobs to pay bills. i would have gone full-time except the hours lead to burn out for full time employees. M-THs 9am-8pm in therapeutic sessions, then a half day on the weekend. only one day off. no raises for anyone. no continued training. when new management took over, they didn't provide any more training or any more pay, but they did raise prices on clients. clients came in and signed up under false premises of losing a lot of weight in a short amount of time. they usually discovered other benefits like increased self confidence and energy - and the rapid weight loss goal fell by the wayside. there should be a way to market this great company without false promises of rapid weight loss. the owners didn't even care that their great employees were getting burned out and quitting. never offered anything to keep them.
