We are glad that the flexibility, competitive pay rates, and ability to impact the lives of our clients and their families has been a positive experience with us at PBS! We are always looking to expand our referral sources to obtain more clients who are available during the daytime, and we have recently been successful at acquiring school contracts and other connections (such as work in different hospitals, centers, etc.). We also are adding team meetings and parties, including actively scheduling parties during Behavior Therapist appreciation month!

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Flexible hours and work days. Very supportive, engaged, responsive, and positive admin/BCBA's. Quarterly bonus.

      Cons

      PTO and last minute cancelations or no shows from clients (out of company's control).

      Pros

      They have a great system for student analyst as well as for analysts, and RBTs, you can choose the cases you support that bets align with your lication and set of skills. The leadership team is extremely helpful. The communication system tgey have created with the app is great and easy to use

      Cons

      You have to create your own notes, there is only one company wide meeting a quarter per area and sometimes there are changes taking place in the ABA like with insurances or new requirements and a lot of times we do not find out until later. Also for the meetings I think it will be really helpful to record them and then if someone can not make it to be able to have access to the recording as a lot of times the RBTs can not miss their sessions
