Pros

Just got back from our annual Budget Boot Camp/Training event and was blown away! I've been here about a year or so and was already impressed by this organization, but to finally be in person with everyone from the corporate office, I finally saw clearly and fully why this company is so unique. I've never seen such an active and engaged group. These are real people who genuinely care about all of us, and you could see that in every interaction. I've found my forever home!

Cons

Sometimes the clients can be a bit much. They are all friendly, but sometimes their expectations are a bit unrealistic lol

Pros

Not many since PTO policy changes and micromanaging. benefits are the same or worse as other property management companies.

Cons

They just changed PTO policy, they don't have sick days so you had to use PTO and now you can't use PTO to call in sick, you can now only call in if you have jury duty, a family member dies, or you have to be in the hospital or do FMLA. So if you are sick you have to pay to go to the hospital, they will not even take a doctor's note now or you just have to show up sick to work but regionals and corporate get unlimited PTO. If you have a child do not work here they will not excuse your absence to take care of them if they get sick unless they die.
