Not many since PTO policy changes and micromanaging. benefits are the same or worse as other property management companies.
Cons
They just changed PTO policy, they don't have sick days so you had to use PTO and now you can't use PTO to call in sick, you can now only call in if you have jury duty, a family member dies, or you have to be in the hospital or do FMLA. So if you are sick you have to pay to go to the hospital, they will not even take a doctor's note now or you just have to show up sick to work but regionals and corporate get unlimited PTO. If you have a child do not work here they will not excuse your absence to take care of them if they get sick unless they die.

We do want to respectfully clarify that our PTO policy has not changed, and employees have always been able to use their accrued PTO when calling in sick or when needed for other personal matters. We understand this may be a source of confusion, and we want to make sure you have the most accurate information about your benefits.
