Our standard finishing time is 5:30 PM, with a 4 PM finish on Fridays, and we encourage our team to take a full one-hour lunch break away from their desks in designated breakout areas. Sales is inherently competitive, and some may choose to put in extra hours to excel, but this is never an expectation. We understand that the demands of KPIs can be challenging, yet they are based on years of industry experience and are put in place in order for our consultants be successful, whilst they have also been reviewed in recent years in-line with market trends. Our commitment to employee growth is evident through our clearly defined career pathways. For instance, our Chief Growth Officer, began her journey with us as a Consultant and quickly became one of our top billers. She successfully transitioned into management, overseeing key initiatives that increased our market presence and revenue. Notably, she led the development of North West office and our first international office in Toronto, which has significantly expanded our client base.
