Pros

• Internet and phone bill is covered • Some health benefits – could be better could be worse. • It's a pay check

Cons

• Processes are slow moving. Took 6+ months to replace the existing tools for expenses and vacation tracking. Promise was 2 weeks. • Hire ups frequently make promises, then just go quiet – hoping everyone forgets and will avoid addressing the promises. • More people have taken extended leave from the company than at any other company I have worked for. • No set standard from year to year on holidays etc. • Never have I felt less appreciated at a company. They will over work you for pay and offer no guidance for the tricky situations you get put into. • Everyone is suspicious of one another. No trust and very toxic. • Salaries are way under market. Been hearing about raises for a long time but nothing has happened – outside of the cost of living raise. • Vacation time is below the market usual.

Pros

Great product. Really good group working on product development and product management.

Cons

No idea how to substantively grow revenue. Makes commitments with no intention of keeping, but keeps people on the hook for weeks.

Pros

Benefits. Truly, the benefits are the only pros.

Cons

Management - they hire their family members (siblings, kids, nephews) with no qualification and experience while the rest of us have to pull their weight. Low salary - lower end of the market scale with higher end expectations, obligations, workload. Leadership - because they have hired their friends & family, nobody knows what to do, how to do. Racial & gender discriminative. Unprofessional conduct.
