Benefits and pay are decent. If you are ok with staying in the position you hire out for it’s a great job.

Once you hire on you will be stuck in your position with no where to go as management is young. Dead end job.

Pay is good, a lot comes out for retirement and union dues. Insurance is pretty good but could be better.

No work-life balance the company expects you to put them before your family. Some managers seem like they hire to fire you. You get very few paid days off.
