Pros
Everyone is happy to show up, work hard, and help each other out. There are some fun perks such as happy hours, a ping pong table, fruit and coffee in the kitchen, etc. There is always an ear available if you have an idea or new way to go about things.
Cons
There are certainly some growing pains as we are hiring more and more. Working hard to get the onboarding process and daily best practices down. Each new hire gets ramped up quicker than the last.
