      The team is really nice and helpful The product is good

      Cons

      CEO and CMO are terrible, micro management, super politic for a small company. There is a ton of employees that were fired during or after the probation period which happens in any company but the ratio here is super high and basically the main reason is often because they are not silent and subject to authority

      Pros

      Great team and great offices in Barcelona

      Cons

      Micro management hidden behind a "kaizen" management method. Archaic ways to work. Everything is over controlled on tons of excel sheets and slides. Negativity about everything and everyone from the CEO. Turnover is very high. No room for improvement, a lot of meetings to just go over and over everyone's to do list and "commitments" of the day or the week.
