You can really have an impact on the business. The founders are not pretentious at all and really listen, they're very keen to hear all ideas and there are no stupid questions. They care about mental wellbeing and it shows.

There are no cons. The only thing I could say is that it is a start-up so sometimes things are created on the fly but I find that exciting.
