Pros

Learn new skills and learn how to do everything yourself from sales, inventory, and forecasting. And the growth is very quick in my opinion

Cons

It was 10 days on 4 days off but you had morning meetings and worked upwards of 70 hrs a week. You also have to do so much on your own time to please management with no pay.

Pros

During my time at Pop, I've gained invaluable experiences that have developed me as a professional. The management team extensively teaches in-demand skill sets: effective communication/negotiation styles, PR, HR, coaching, and leadership techniques. The level of personal development and time that my trainers invested into me was beyond refreshing; they got to know me on a personal as well as a professional level, always making time to sit down and go over any questions (both during and outside of work). It's definitely not a pencil-pushing 9-5 job; the culture is incredibly vibrant and high-energy. Never once have I been stuck with busy work and I genuinely love every single day here. The opportunity as a whole is mind blowing.

Cons

The learning curb is sharp at first, but the staff is very patient and able to teach to all learning styles.

Pros

Meeting new people and gaining helpful skill sets. Other than that, I really do not have any other thing that could be considered a pro.

Cons

Pay is a huge negative, you will never make enough to keep up with all of your expenses and it doesn't matter how many times management says otherwise. Traveling for business trips or road trips as they say are not as exciting as management make it out to be. They "totally understand" everything that you go through, and yet hey honestly do not. If you love spending time with your family and friends, you can say goodbye to them because family and friends mean absolutely NOTHING to them. If you want time with them or have prior obligations for things even emergencies, you have to "qualify" for missing a day. Do not be negative about anything because apparently that makes you weak. You must be energetic at all times, especially morning meetings where you are taught to look down on those who work 9-5 jobs etc. Just be careful with this place. They work under The Smart Circle and I advise you to look up any and all information over them, because this is just a scamming company. You lie to customers and most importantly you're taught to lie to yourself over what's really going on.
