      Horrible management culture - bullying and victimisation present within the SMC Team and wider Business Services departments particularly. Riddled with favouritism and a "face fits" type atmosphere.

      Bad organization sometimes,Not tranfer experiences after a project for another new projet. Many people for the same position. To many young engineer without experiences
