Thank you for your feedback. We strive to create a comfortable environment that is collaborative and transparent for all of our employees. So it is disappointing to hear about some of your experiences in the Chester County office.
We value and consider all feedback, and we look for areas where we can improve. To address some of your specific concerns, we believe that by having an “Open Door Policy,” throughout the company, we can eliminate the barriers of open communication between employee’s and their supervisors. Each employee should feel comfortable to reach out to their lead clinician for support and then if they need additional help, they can meet with the a BHRS Assistant Coordinator and/or BHRS Coordinator.
