The main problem here is upper management. Everyone in the offices thinks that they are better than the hourly employees and they like to avoid interaction. Another problem is the HR department and their constantly changing rules and policies. They like to change the employee policies suddenly and without warning to suit their agenda. And if anyone questions the policies or raises concerns, they always find a “reason” to fire them.
