The company’s decision to reduce compensation was difficult but it was based upon our primary objective to preserve jobs. The alternative would have been even more difficult in terms of broad workforce reductions. It’s our hope the decisions the company is forced to make during this crisis will be short-lived.

In particular we are interested in your thoughts about specific things we can do to improve the company, its policies and procedures. They are ok for getting your foot in the door for the industry, and getting some experience working in an office/industrial job site.
Cons
Every thing about this company is just terrible. I don't know who my manager is anymore. We have gone through so many in the time that I have been here. Don't even bother to ask for raises because you're not getting any. You are nothing to them.
