- one of a small number of blockchain / crypto employers - remote work - global companies, employees from many countries
Cons
- bureaucratic and dysfunctional - lawyers are taking over and nobody is pushing back for compromises to make a good product - the founders don't lead. there's a big-company professional CEO who just leads sales people and doesn't know or care about the product - mediocrity is tolerated and you won't find excellence anywhere
