      Pros

      PolyAi has a really welcoming community spread out over various hubs around the world. Everyone is helpful, respectful, and is a wonderful place for both starting out, as well as developing and growing your career.

      Cons

      Not much so far -- onboarding can be tricky, but that's normal for a fast moving company with shifting priorities.
