Spoiled leadership who came from privileged backgrounds, don't show face much and don't truly value their people as they say. Leadership - a white English male club - makes outrageous expenses on the company whilst saving every penny on their employees. Some people are there for being 'friends of the CEO' or having rugby 'connections'. Those can do basically anything and get on with it, The others are the real employees, judged on ultra high standards and blamed on any small error. Not a fair place to grow a career. Also, they tend to hire externally and not promote people internally. They don't have a growth mindset and you'll be perceived as what you are by the time you were recruited, so any extra time spent there is a big waste.
