Even after leaving for the day, work often continues at home, with an unspoken expectation to stay available and respond quickly. This lack of boundaries makes it difficult to maintain a personal life. What adds to the pressure is the use of WhatsApp for work communication instead of professional tools like Slack. You're always reachable, and there is a strong focus on things like being at your desk and replying immediately, even outside working hours. At times, these expectations seem more important than the actual quality of work, which can become mentally exhausting over time.
