Worst company never work here never ever.HR team is not at all co-ordinated. They just throw you here and there if you are on good position and agents are there gold coins so they treat agents well but support staff like quality and trainers are worst treated. Not at all supportive third class company.
Cons
They don't listen to you at all if you are marking agents down the team leaders abuse and often give threats to meet outside office. Poor illiterate faculty and higher authority. Worst ever company to work. Please don't waste golden time of your career if you really want to achieve good in life don't ever go for interviews.
