Relax and chilled out environment. Work in teams is mostly adhoc, no sprint planning or hardly any goal at the implementation level. Some people might be overworked while some can be underworked. Flexibility in work timings depending on team and manager

Cons

HRs are management centric and not people centric Poor pay scale Compact office, bare minimal infrastructure
