Poli Medical has been an amazing place for me to grow and learn in sales and marketing. Dylan Hu, our Director, is incredibly supportive and always encourages us to improve and take on new challenges. Sim Leesen, our Marketing and Sales Manager, gave me the chance to work on so many different things—from e-commerce automation to supplier negotiations and full-scale marketing campaigns—which really helped me develop new skills. The team is collaborative, and there’s always room to share ideas and try new approaches.
