The manager's do their best but u can see there is no right communication coming from the bosses, no effort or care for their employees, you request something and the HR would just ignore u or answer u after a month. The bosses pretend to be nice and friendly and they are just so fake, they do care only about numbers, what u tell to them is not valid because the numbers show different, they can't even take care of their oldest employees and so, they quit and leave the company. This company seems to be about to crush any time as they are constantly looking for employees that they don't train, neither they take a proper care nor of the workers or even managers. You can clearly see how not even managers are getting a fair salary for their vast and hard job and they are not even treated with respect. Get away of this place!!
