there are no pros at all

No management at all, the work environment was terrible, no one cleaned up after themselves, mountains of used toilet paper in the restrooms. No drinking water or toilet paper for employees. Uses pirated software. Make you work overtime on Canada Day and don't pay overtime. Even the toilet was clogged, and no one was called to fix it, requiring us to pass the toilet ourselves！！！！The air conditioner broke in the nearly 40 degree heat without being repaired and asked us to keep working under those conditions.

Good working environment with nice co-workers.

It is a very busy work.
