      Pros

      Poken has an exciting product with great possibilities. Lausanne is an amazing place to live and work. Switzerland doesn't offer many exciting tech startup work opportunities so Poken is rare.

      Cons

      Poken's top leadership views employees as expendable commodities. People start working there very excited but very quickly they leave or are fired. Employee turnover is huge because of the management.

      Great company! Great people! Interesting event locations. International teams!

      Cons

      Not paid nearly enough for the work that is required of employees. Lack of communication, not every one in high level positions knows exactly what is going on.
